The word, the product, and the sentences that run it
Wrought is the old past tense of work — it is what you call iron after it has been through the fire and the hammer enough times to hold a shape. Nothing about wrought iron happened in one session. That is the whole idea: a body, like the metal, is worked — repeatedly, honestly, over a long time — and the product's job is to hold the record of that work so none of it is lost.
WROUGHT is the memory your AI doesn't have. You already talk to ChatGPT or Claude. You mention what you ate, what you lifted, what the scale said — and tomorrow it has forgotten all of it. Connect WROUGHT once and everything you mention is kept: every meal, every set, every weigh-in, filed under the right day, forever. Then it reads the record back to you honestly — totals, trends, and a nightly verdict on how the week is actually going.
It is not another app to open. The AI you already use is the interface; WROUGHT is the memory behind it, plus a dashboard when you want to look at your own record laid out.
Talk normally. That is genuinely the entire instruction. One sentence is a complete log:
had a steak and a baked potatoFiled as tonight's dinner, calories estimated and labelled as estimates. 330 this morningA weigh-in. Pounds or kilos — it reads yours back in your own units. gym bro, what's the damage? The day so far: eaten, burned, the gap, and how the week is tracking. Then just say "got 8" after each set; it tracks your place, sets your loads from your own history, and names the next workout when you finish. machine's takenSwaps in a movement that trains the same pattern with the kit you have. The weight is never carried across. And the part no app can do: mention ten push-ups in the middle of a conversation about your taxes, and they are logged. You never have to go somewhere to record your life — mentioning it is enough.
Take a few pictures of the gym you train in and show them to your AI. It can see what is standing there — the racks, the machines, the dumbbells — and tells WROUGHT the equipment list. From then on every session it builds uses what that gym actually has. Train in more than one place? Photograph both, name them, and say where you are: "I'm at the home gym today."
WROUGHT never sees the photograph. Your AI reads it; only the equipment list arrives here. The same is true of pictures of your food.
Every meal, set, metric and verdict comes back on demand as JSON or CSV from the dashboard — always, even if you stop paying for anything, ever. A memory you cannot take with you is a trap, and this is not one.
Connect it to your AI — about two minutes — then just start talking. Ask it "how do I use Wrought?" any time; it knows.
