Wrought

Terms

Last updated 8 August 2026

Plain terms for a small product. Using Wrought means agreeing to these.

Read this one if you read nothing else

Wrought is not a medical device and not a doctor. It is a training and nutrition journal that does arithmetic and offers opinions about your training. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition. If something about your health worries you, talk to a professional — not to this.

What Wrought is

A record of what you eat, what you train and what your devices measure, reachable from any AI assistant that speaks MCP, plus a nightly read on what it all amounts to. Every calorie estimated from a described meal is exactly that — an estimate — and is labelled as one everywhere it appears.

Your account

Training advice, honestly framed

Wrought suggests loads, sessions and food. Those suggestions come from rules applied to your own history — they are not supervision, and they cannot see your form, your joints or your day. You are responsible for what you lift. If a prescribed weight feels wrong, it is wrong; stop. If you have an injury or a medical condition, clear your training with someone qualified first.

Nutrition figures are inferred from your own descriptions and are approximate by nature. Do not use them to manage a medical condition that depends on precise intake — diabetes, kidney disease, a clinical eating disorder — without a professional involved.

What is not allowed

Availability

This is a small independent product. It aims to be up and is not promised to be. There is no uptime guarantee, no support SLA, and occasionally something will break. What is promised instead is that your data is always exportable, so a bad day here never traps your record.

If it shuts down

If Wrought is ever discontinued, you get at least 60 days' notice by email and the export endpoint stays running for the whole of it. Nobody's years of history disappear behind a shutdown notice.

Money

Wrought is currently free. If paid plans arrive, existing data stays accessible and the export endpoint is never put behind a paywall. Anything paid will be new capability, not a ransom on what you already gave it.

Liability

Wrought is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, its operator is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of it — including from following a suggestion it made. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, and everything goes with it. An account may be closed here for breaking these terms; if that happens you will be told why and given the chance to export first.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected by that.
